Definitely Works (along w/a healthy diet)

This is my 4th bottle of these ketones and I honestly will never go without them. I have not experienced any side effects and love that these are caffiene free (as I am an avid caffiene drinker already.) The bottle recommends taking 2 capsules a day, but I take 1 every morning and I lose a healthy 1-3 pounds a week.For people who say this doesn't work..you can't expect to take a supplement & chow down a pizza every day expecting this to magically work for you. If you eat relatively healthy & at least get some sort of exercise these are a great addition to help expedite HEALTHY weight loss!
