I have been taking the capsules for about 3 weeks and see no benefit. Since my weight loss goal is quite sizable, I would have thought the difference with the product would have been noticeable. There is no difference in my weekly loss.

Ordered this,and was so excited to try it,the first 3 days taking it,i was having a terrible heart burn that last all day,the fourth dayi decide not take the product,to see if was what it was causing my heartburn.(it was the product and it causes me nausea too).too bad because i was so excited to try raspberry ketones.
