If nothing else, my skin and hair benefited.

I do think this product is somewhat helpful in weight loss; here's why...My appetite did disminish to some degree and I think it gave me some extra energy. What I really liked was how it affected my skin and hair, which are normally dry. My skin looks dewey and softer, and my hair is shininer, for sure. My husband even noticed my skin (he never notices anything, trust me) So, I think it's worth trying and I will order my second batch. After that, I think it will get too expensive to order every month, so I'll just try to find replacements at the health food store for cheaper. Hope this helps.

Good Maintenance Product

The "Fat Flush Kit - Complete Detox Nutrient Support for All Fat Flush Programs " is a great product to use for maintenance the ensures that you are getting some of what your body needs in a quick and tasty manner.I had great success using The Dukan Diet: 2 Steps to Lose the Weight, 2 Steps to Keep It Off Forever getting rid of that annoying 20-25 lbs that seems to gather all over your body without you even realizing that it is happening until it is time to put on that special outfit and it doesn't fit right. The Dukan Diet is protein heavy which at times wreaks havoc with my digestive system. After successfully accomplishing the maintenance phase--Dukan wisely suggests a long period of maintenance calculated by the amount of weight lost--I found I need something nutritious that was going to aid me in continuing to meet my goal--well-being and optimal weight.Luckily, my cousin, who like myself is a big fan of Louise Gittleman's The Fat Flush Plan program, recommended this Fat Flush kit--it sounded as if it would fit the bill and happily it did!The kit that I ordered was a little different than this one. It includes two Fat Flush Body Proteins (made form all natural GMO-Free Pea and Brown RIce Protein for easy assimilation) and the three vitamin bottles: Weight Loss Formula, GLA-90 and Dieter's multi-Vitamin & Mineral supplement. (You can find content information regarding these supplements on the Unikey website.) I decided that in addition to what I was already eating, I would include one shake after my daily exercise. It lasts a while because I am only drinking one shake a day.The shake is easy to make. It does, however, require some forethought. I purchased a 2 gallon water jug with a plastic spigot from Whole Foods (their water department has plenty of these containers) and 2 gallons of distilled water and a bottle of cranberry juice--organic with no sugar added--no additives just cranberry juice. I removed 2 cups of the water from the two gallons and put the rest of the water into the large container. Then I added 16 ounces of the cranberry juice. Gittleman calls this dilution cran-water. It is a key element to your shake making. Each shake requires 8 ounces of cran-water. Also important is to purchase a large bag of frozen blueberries or berries(no sugar syrup added)--preferable without strawberries as Gittleman has some strict rules with regard to how much fruit you can add to the shake. Blueberries and other berries require 1 cup--put them in frozen and your shake will come out nice and cold. I used fresh fruit at first and was disappointed by not only the taste but the shake's ability to refresh--so its been frozen ever since. Ground flax seeds Essential Flaxseed (Organic) - 14 oz - Ground and Flora Flax Oil Certified Organic 32-Ounces -- I mention products recommended to me by my healthcare provider--plus 1 scoop of the protein powder round out the ingredients. I like my shake thin, so I add about 8 ounces of more water. The taste is pretty good--fruity and refreshing--and just think of all the good things you are ingesting in just one meal.Gittleman recommend drinking two of these shakes a day with a sensible meal. For my cousin--this seems to work very well. Gittleman also suggests all you can eat veggies during the day with two hard-boiled eggs as snacks. For me, two shakes without something more substantial only works when I am really working hard at my desk job and am not running around town performing errands. I find one shake after exercise in the am, followed by a sensible lunch works much better for me. I have seen a difference in my cravings--I have none and the addition of the protein powder shake has alleviated my digestive problems.Fat Flush Kit - Complete Detox Nutrient Support for All Fat Flush Programs has helped me maintain my new weight with exceptional results.Bottom line: The Fat Flush Kit - Complete Detox Nutrient Support for All Fat Flush Programs works very well and can be used in a variety of ways to help you maintain well-being. Hello... I am writing to give my personal review of the Fat Flush kit. This is a very easy program to follow and the smoothies are really tasty and helps you to stay on track. I lost almost 10 pounds in my 1st 2 weeks on the program and never felt hungry. The breakfast smoothie keeps me full for 4 hours or so. I also purchased the fat flush body protein as well as the hi-ligin flax oil to make the smoothies. The book Fat Flush also has a lot of great tips to help you stay on track and get rid of those unwanted pounds.I also joined Anne Louise's form and I have found a lot of information that other people have posted as well as the forum moderators.Good luck to you and I wish you well as you flush your fat away!! :)
