Best Diet Supplement Ever!

The key word here is Thermogensis. You become very warm, a lot quicker, when you are exercising and your body runs about 1 degree hotter than normal at rest. I love this product because I have yet to experience a negative side effect. I started out using it as directed, which is one serving a day: 3 pills a day. But I decided after a week that since it was meant to be it's most effective at 2 servings a day in combination with Roxy Lean, that I should be taking it that way. All I can say is WOW! The weight is practically melting off! If anything, this (my suspicion) helps with the increased "energy" felt by the Roxy Lean. All I know is that, I take this and along with everything else, I feel completely normal and as if my body isn't in actuality jacked up on a killer stimulant and being encouraged to burn a little hotter than normal... Pro: it works, no negative side effects and I have dropped a pant size in two weeks..and I get to eat more calories. Cons: this contains an appetite suppressant and when combined with Roxy Lean....it means that I have to count on my alarm clock to tell me when to eat and not my stomach growling at me. Drink lots of water!!My suggestion would be that, if your body can't handle a stimulant....to take this pill over anything else. It contains CLA, Acetyl-L Carnitine, White kidney bean, Raspberry ketones, Cassia nomame, Acer truncatum, Ginger root, Saffron and Cocoa. Word of warning: it does contain Niacin (25 mg). I once took it on an empty stomach (which you're not supposed to do) and a few minutes later..my skin started to burn hottly enough that it looked like I was having a fever..turned pink. All I had to do was eat something (had a sandwhich) and it went away pretty quickly.

Used for two weeks

I have been using this for about two weeks and I have noticed I stopped snacking. I love how it contains natural ingredients and I don't feel "weird" after taking it. I am very pleased with this product and the only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because it is too early to give it 5 ;)

I feel this product has helped me with my weight loss goals. It's been 2 weeks and I've lost about 2-3 lbs (along with exercising and eating right).
