Good eating!

No more emotional eating for me. I have a high-pressure job and a daughter in high school (enough said). I had gained roughly 20 pounds over the past 3 years, BUT now in the past 6 weeks I HAVE LOST 14 POUNDS-WOW!! The other amazing thing is how great my mood has been. NO more Ben & Jerry's in the middle of the night or Oreos for breakfast and I exchanged a huge afternoon latte for a black iced coffee-all good stuff. It is hard to believe, but I am living proof. My daughter even asked me if I'm being nice because I'm skinny again-ha.

I was really concerned that this product would give me the jitters and make me feel scattered but NO! I get a nice energy boost as well as being able to focus. I haven't felt any of side effects that I've experienced with other types of suppressants. I didn't change my diet when I started these pills but noticed three days in that I just wasn't interested in snacking. I have other bad habits I need to change but at least I've started to cut down on the desire to snack 24/7.

Coffee Bean Extract with Saffron works as advertised, so far with the use of this item combined with diet and excercise I have lost a total of 8 pounds in less than a month. Very happy!
