Too Strong, Hurts Stomach, Not as effective as Smooth Move

After seeing my cousin lose much weight I asked her what she did. She told me she was taking this tea and I looked it up. Although, she did not use maximum strength, I thought I was get better results from it. WELLL.... NOT SO MUCH. It hurts my stomach like hell and I want to give all the boxes away. I will stick to my peppermint smooth move, works wonders and doesn't hurt like crazy.

This tea is excellent with a little vanilla stevia. Most effective if you take @ bedtime.. let bag soak for 10 minutes to get the most out of derinking it.

Yup, This Stuff Makes You Crap!

The active ingredient is senna, a diuretic (it loosens your bowels). It has a decent flavor and works as advertised.
