Great Nutrition!

I have to be completely honest about this product. I started taking this as a means to boost up my metabolism, because for some reason I eat very healthy and work out at least 5 days a week and wasn't seeing the results I expected. I also had a previous history of irregular menstrual cycles since I was 15. I am now 36yrs old. Doctors always told me it was due to inferterlity. But somehow I got pregnant 11yrs ago without the help of fertility drugs. Following the birth of my son who's 11yrs old now, I continue having irregular menstrual cycles, in fact I hadn't seen a period since March of 2008. After taking Thyrox T-3 it for about 2 weeks, it must've had a possitive effect on my thyroids because I recently got my period. So I have to say that not only do I feel my metabolism burning fat faster, but it has also had a possitive effect in other areas I never thought was going to be resolved.

Didn't do me any good

This product is NOT T-3; it contains ingredients that is supposed to "support" the thyroid. It is NOT glandular or synthetic thyroid and it does not contain T-3. If you are hoping to get additional T-3 to boost your metabolism, this will not do it.

Supplement for a TOTAL THYROIDECTOMY

I had a total thyriodectomy on 2/9/12. I was prescribed Synthroid to take, but I didn't want to gain weight during my transition time. I purchased the Thyroid T-3 to help supplement my Synthroid. I started taking 1 everyday for the 1st week and felt good. The beginning of the second week I started taking it every other day because my blood work came back that my t-3 was elevated, but all of the other thyroid tests were normal. I have never felt better, I have more energy and have not gained any weight. I will definitely keep this in my list of meds to take. I will update if things change. So far so good!!!
