Since using Nature Made's Linoleic Acid Softjels, I have lost thirty (30) pounds. The time span has been approximately three (3) months.This product when taken correctly will reduce your appetite and as you eat, you fill up very quickly. However, if you are contemplating losing weight you have to go into a "mindset" along with appetite suppressers.
