it helps a little, I think

I liked the idea of using a natural carb blocker that only uses white kidney bean extract as there are supposed to be no side effects. I think this product played a small role in my weight loss program. Problem is I was taking other weight loss products while I took these and when you do take these its not like you feel a jolt of energy or anything like that. I've been trying to lose a chunk of weight over the past year without making much progress. I tried the strict low carb diet thing and even when I was able to stick to it, I saw little results if that.Started taking this product, still on the low carb diet, and also take Primaforce Max CLA 180 Softgels + Free 25 Grams Raspberry Ketones Powder since it helps with energy and is supposed to raise fat burning levels. Well, I still have a long way to go but 3 weeks and 7 pounds later is a success as far as I'm concerned. I will continue to take these products and exercise three times a week. Trying to get away from the low carb thing but will stay on it for the time being if I can stand it.

Threw them away

These didn't show any results for me after taking them for six months. Along with the many other products (raspberry keytones, Relora, etc,) hyped up by Dr Oz I didn't find that any of them have showed any results.

Yes I bought this in desperation to help me with energy. Personally I could not tell a difference in my energy, appetite or any other changes
