Raspberry Ketones work...

The first thing I noticed was a burst of energy when I took these but I still had my appetite that was for sure! After taking them for two weeks consistently I can say I did get the results I was looking for. I lost 3 1/2 pounds, which in two weeks time, is pretty darn good for me. A friend of mine suggested I try adding green tea extract, Green Tea Extract 60 Capsules (500mg) + FREE 25 Grams Raspberry Ketones Powder. She lost like 45 pounds in two months and looks amazing as a result. I've been taking her advice for the past month. Not even close to forty five pounds but I am another 15 pounds lighter since adding the green tea. I am also taking raspberry ketone powder now since I ran out of the capsules. Don't know if that is making the difference or just the addition of the green tea is helping a lot. Regardless, I am glad I took her advice. Oh yeah, and there aren't any side effects I have noticed either. Just stick within the recommended serving size and you should be okay.

I am a cyclist riding 150-200 miles per week when I am not traveling for work. I have struggled with trying to stay lean and have always had that last 10 lbs that I can never seem to loose no matter how many miles I ride and eat clean. I started taking this product 30 days ago I noticed an increase in energy during the day no longer having the 3:00pm burn out and have lost 4-5 lbs.

Haven't taken very long but does to help in suppressing appetite and love capsule coating easy to swallow, also these are ones my doctor highly recommended.
