Complete Whole Body Cleanse Was Definitely Needed

Look, I am not going to lie here. I drink beer daily, I eat fast food for lunch, I love cookies, cakes and ice cream and I have more than 3% body fat ( a little). In fact the only thing I can say that I am proud of is that I do not smoke, I would probably be dead if I did. My doctor and spouse said I should make some changes and it seemed a cleanse/detox was appropriate. I thought I had to do a fast, which I did not think I could do, so I was grateful to find this type of cleanse that I suspect accomplishes the same thing as a fast (maybe not as much weight loss, but I have read that your body goes into conservation mode when it is starving). This program was not as difficult as I thought it would be (from a will power perspective) although the preparation of the food was a bit more than anticipated, but bearable and ultimately worth it. I learned I could eat much more healthily (is that a word?) and still enjoy it and I feel a ton better. I am working on incorporating more healthy food in my diet and feel very motivated by the increase in energy and I am actually feeling happier as a result. So, all in all, it was good for me and I felt compelled to share my experience because I think more people would benefit from something like this. Good luck!

Simply Cleanse

I am a hungry person and felt I could not do the fasting of one of the other types of cleanses for sale that requires no eating. Also, it didn't make sense to me that I should have to not eat in order to cleanse. I agree with this program because eating healthy, moderately and organically is the best way to cleanse. I lost weight, felt great and had the "eliminations" beyond expectations that proved to me that I was cleansing my body. It actually felt so good to eat this way that I bought some cook books on organic cooking so I can continue to loose and feel great. There are similar cleanses to this one sold on Amazon for much more (even by the same company). So I really feel this was a good price and appreciate how thorough the instruction manual was and I knew exactly what to do everyday and how to prepare the food required for this cleanse. There is a meal plan for every meal and even recipes that were put together by a doctor in the guide. SO, overall, great product and good experience.

I use this product 2 to 3 times per year to jump start my healthy eating/dieting and give my body the help it needs to trim down quickly and work efficiently. I was told this by my nutritionist and it makes sense to me. If I am going to start eating healthy and exercising more then my body should be ready as well to accommodate the changes to get the most out of my new routine, she told me, like a car getting an oil change before a road trip. Anyhow, I always buy the same product from GNC but wanted to see what else there was available on Amazon and found this product which is made by the same company as the ones sold in GNC and I cannot see any difference besides the packaging and the price. It is less than half the price. This product is gentle on my body and I like the food/eating program. It just feels good. I notice an increase in energy and focus during and after my cleanse. I should probably eat this way all the time, but it's easier said than done.
